Pasivn\u00ed sport je takov\u00fd, \u017ee t\u0159eba jenom sed\u00edte u televize anebo v k\u0159esle \u010di na \u017eidli anebo tak\u00e9 dokonce na zemi a na sport se jenom d\u00edv\u00e1te v televizi anebo sport tak\u00e9 sledujete t\u0159eba n\u011bkde na h\u0159i\u0161ti, t\u0159eba na n\u011bjak\u00e9 tribun\u011b, kdy\u017e sledujete fotbal a podobn\u011b.  Aktivn\u00ed sport je zase to, \u017ee vy vlastn\u011b se pohybujete, \u017ee vlastn\u011b vyd\u00e1v\u00e1te n\u011bjakou energii ze sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla, \u017ee hrajete nap\u0159\u00edklad fotbal nebo d\u011bl\u00e1te aerobik anebo jezd\u00edte na kole a podobn\u011b. Ale vezm\u011bte si, kdybyste se t\u0159eba v\u016fbec nepohybovali a kdybyste ned\u011blali v\u016fbec \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd sport. Podle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru, tohle by byla opravdu velik\u00e1 \u0161koda. Proto\u017ee na\u0161e t\u011blo pohyb pot\u0159ebuje, na\u0161e t\u011blo bez pohybu bude opravdu hodn\u011b str\u00e1dat.  Na\u0161e t\u011blo tak\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuje se hodn\u011b rozpumpovat, a to v\u010detn\u011b na\u0161eho srdce, kdy\u017e budeme t\u0159eba alespo\u0148 jednu minutu opravdu po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b b\u011bhat a budeme m\u00edt n\u011bjak\u00fd po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fd sprint, tak na\u0161e t\u011blo n\u00e1m za to opravdu pod\u011bkuje. Jenom si vezm\u011bte t\u0159eba st\u0159edov\u011bk anebo prav\u011bk. Lid\u00e9 se st\u00e1le jenom h\u00fdbali, proto\u017ee v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b je v\u0161ude televize nebo po\u010d\u00edta\u010d a mobiln\u00ed telefon. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee sp\u00ed\u0161e lid\u00e9 sed\u00ed u televize nebo u po\u010d\u00edta\u010de anebo sed\u00ed u mobiln\u00edho telefonu a v\u016fbec se nepohybuj\u00ed. Tedy alespo\u0148 tohle je m\u016fj n\u00e1zor a ur\u010dit\u011b nejsem jedin\u00e1.
