Nejlep\u0161\u00ed, zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 v zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed, je ale sportovat venku, na \u010derstv\u00e9m vzduchu. \u010cerstv\u00fd chladn\u00fd vzduch m\u00e1 na d\u00fdchac\u00ed cesty ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky, jako je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed produkce hlenu a tak d\u00e1le, co\u017e jsou jejich vlastn\u00ed ochrann\u00e9 prost\u0159edky.Hlen na st\u011bn\u00e1ch d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest toti\u017e funguje jako bari\u00e9ra, p\u0159es kterou se mikroorganismy dostanou jen st\u011b\u017e\u00ed. Vy si tak zlep\u0161\u00edte nejen kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, ale tak\u00e9 imunitu. Jedn\u00edm z faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 V\u00e1m mohou pomoci zvednout se z postele a j\u00edt si ven zacvi\u010dit i v zimn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch, je kvalitn\u00ed v\u00fdbava.
