Jednou z cest je nebankovn\u00ed americk\u00e1 hypot\u00e9ka Ameriykahypoteka.cz, kter\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje z\u00edskat hypot\u00e9ku i lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed by ji u b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 banky nez\u00edskaly. Nen\u00ed ale dobr\u00e9 si br\u00e1t hypot\u00e9ku jen proto, \u017ee ji m\u016f\u017eete dostat, a ka\u017ed\u00fd by m\u011bl velice pe\u010dliv\u011b zv\u00e1\u017eit zda ji opravdu chce a dok\u00e1\u017ee spl\u00e1cet. Riziko u hypot\u00e9ky tkv\u00ed v tom, \u017ee se po fixaci mohou n\u00e1sobn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it \u00faroky, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee spl\u00e1tku prodra\u017eit i na dvojn\u00e1sobek, co\u017e je riziko pro v\u0161echny.
